- Uptime Guarantee. We know how important uptime
is, and how even small amounts of downtime can negatively
impact our customers, which is why we offer a 99% uptime
guarantee on multi-domain hosting services. Our dedicated
and colocation customers can also rest easy, knowing that
we also offer a 99% power and 99% network uptime SLA.
We also provide a 6 hour hardware SLA for any hardware
failures covered under our dedicated hosting agreement.
If at any time we are unable to meet our uptime guarantee,
you may request a service credit for up to 100% of your
monthly hosting fees at a rate of 5% of your monthly fees
for each hour of downtime outside our SLA.
- Support Guarantee. We promise that you will recieve
a response from a live human (not an automated response)
on any support issue you report to our email support or
helpdesk support systems within 6 hours (we usually answer
within 15-30 minutes). While we can't promise to resolve
all issues in a specified timeframe since every support
issue reqires a different solution, you can rest assured
that we will put 100% effort into resolving all support
issues in as little time as possible. If we don't get
back to you within the specified time, you may request
a bill credit of $1 per ticket or incident up to 100%
of your monthly hosting fees.
