that are available with any of our servers. Server monitoring
is also included at your request with most of our management plans,
so you can sleep well at night knowing that your server is
being watched for you. |
| Basic Server Management Plan |
Our Basic Server Management Plan
is included with all of our dedicated servers. This plan is well
suited to experienced server administrators who need only minor
help to keep their server up and running.
- Advanced Server Administration - Up to 30 minutes included free (15 min intervals)
- Security updates - we will update kernel etc. at your
request.
- Basic Remote Hands Support - we can type commands at the console for you
- Remote Reboot Port - we will put your server on a remote reboot port at your request
- A control panel, ie Cpanel, DirectAdmin, or Plesk is required on Linux servers
Included on Dedicated Servers at no cost. $25/mo for Colocated Servers.

| Level 1 Monitoring + Management |
Our Level 1 Management and Monitoring Plan is well suited
for administrators who need a bit more assistance to keep their
server running well.
- Advanced Server Administration - Up to 1 hour included at no charge (15 min intervals)
- Security updates - we will update kernel etc. at your request.
- Basic Remote Hands Support - we can type commands at the console for you
- Remote Reboot Port - we will put your server on a remote reboot port at your request
- Ping Monitoring - 30 minute interval ping monitoring at your request
- Discounted OS reinstalls ($25 for Linux, $50 for Windows)
- Upgrade server to the latest stable versions of all
applications
- Install APF firewall with basic configuration and update at your request
- Install Brute Force Detection (BFD) and update at your request
- Secure your /tmp file system (noexec, nosuid)
- Disable any unused or unneeded services
- Setup Root Login Notification and disable direct root
login if requested
- Install Chkrootkit and/or RKHunter with daily check and email
- A control panel, ie Cpanel, DirectAdmin or Plesk, is required on Linux servers

- Security updates - we will update kernel etc. at your request.
- Basic Remote Hands Support - we can type commands at the console for you
- Remote Reboot Port - we will put your server on a remote reboot port at your request
- Ping Monitoring - 2 minute interval ping monitoring at your request
- Reboot Services - Our techs will reboot your server if a failure is detected
